Global Port Giants: CK Hutchison and PSA International See Record Revenues in 2024

CK Hutchison, the Hong Kong-based port operator controlled by billionaire Li Ka-shing, saw its port business grow significantly in 2024. The company reported an 11% increase in sales, reaching nearly HK$45.28 billion (about US$5.8 billion).
This strong performance puts CK Hutchison’s port operations almost neck-and-neck with Singapore’s PSA International, which reported a 2024 revenue of S$7.72 billion (around US$5.69 billion), up 9% from the previous year.
Both companies are now among the top revenue-generating port groups globally, highlighting their importance in the international shipping and logistics industry. CK Hutchison’s growth reflects its expanding footprint and strong market position in this vital sector.
