On November 14, Kuehne + Nagel, a global leader in transportation and logistics headquartered in Switzerland, announced its acquisition of a majority stake in IMC Logistics, a provider specializing in marine drayage. The deal involves Kuehne + Nagel purchasing 51% of the privately-owned IMC.

IMC Logistics is known for its extensive end-to-end transportation services connecting seaports, rail hubs, customer sites, and inland areas across the United States. Kuehne + Nagel described IMC as a longstanding partner and noted that this acquisition strengthens its position within one of North America’s key logistics networks. The move aims to enhance flexible transportation solutions amid rising supply chain challenges. The IMC brand will continue to operate under its current name.
